The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lively Commercial Street. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon cruising around Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary, which was unforgettable! It was fantastic that we could bring our non-service dog along for the adventure.

My kids wished there were more nearby green spaces for dog walks.

The hotel offered stunning ocean views and friendly staff, making it a wonderful place for a vacation. However, the complimentary breakfast was quite lackluster, and housekeeping was inconsistent, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the location and amenities make it worth considering for a future visit.

i recently stayed at surfside and it completely surpassed my last visit to provincetown. the private beach was a hidden gem, and the relaxed vibe made my short stay a memorable retreat. i loved the friendly staff and the cozy fire pit that encouraged great conversations in the evening.

Fantastic views of the ocean made every morning feel special. The two-bedroom apartment offered ample space, including a full kitchen that made meal prep a breeze.

Some room cleanliness issues marred the experience. the bathroom could have used better attention with visible hair and not enough supplies like toilet paper. The air conditioning unit wasn’t performing well, making the room a bit stuffy, which isn't ideal during peak summer heat. The beach access location, while scenic, is slightly distant from the main attractions and dining options, requiring a longer walk or bike ride than expected.

Our stay was a blast! We loved spotting whales on the Stellwagen Bank cruise and enjoyed the sunset at Herring Cove Beach. The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was tasty with great coffee. Just a heads up, the beach access is across the street, and the town center is a bit of a walk, so wear comfy shoes!

Unfortunately, one big issue was the empty toiletries in our bathroom. It put a damper on what was otherwise a fantastic stay. I expected better attention to detail in that aspect.

Rooms have beautiful ocean views. The breakfast situation needs improvement. It’s a long walk to the town center. Bike rentals available nearby make exploring easy.

We had a great time during our four-night stay. The beach and pool access were fantastic, and the pool area was really spacious and comfortable. The rooms had all the necessities and the updated bathrooms were beautiful. The only downside was that the breakfast options were a bit basic, but overall, it was a nice experience.

great access to parks and landmarks for city strolls

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the friendly staff and the scenic walk to the nearby Pilgrim Monument, which is just about 1.5 km away, perfect for taking in the sights during our explorations. plus, the hotel’s proximity to Suzanne's Garden, only a 500-meter stroll, offered a lovely spot to relax amidst nature after a day of wandering around town.

Great stay with a view!

Had a lovely time here! The staff were super nice and really helped us out. Our room had an awesome view of the water. totally worth it! The poolside bar was cool for snacks, but the room could use a little updating. Just a heads-up about the stairs. they’re pretty steep.

Couples retreat, with a twist

I loved sitting on the shared balcony overlookin the water it was peaceful you know. Staff was great especially the front desk guy who really tried to help when my reservation got messed up.

Now I can't say it was inexpensive but it was worth it.
